Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Democracy Detectives merch. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or size, we’re happy to exchange it (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged due to misuse (Democracy Detectives can’t fix that kind of chaos)

How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@democracydetectives.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
